Technical information and examples
Articles, code, diagrams, and examples are for general information and learning. They are not advice tailored to a particular system or a commitment to any result. Prices, calculations, and metrics presented as examples or past results are not quotations or promises for another project. Check suitability, security, licensing, and accuracy before using code or a solution in your systems. Content may become outdated or contain errors.
Freelance engagements
Sending an enquiry or having an initial conversation does not commit either party to starting work or making a payment. Scope, deliverables, price, taxes, timelines, confidentiality, ownership, warranties, and termination or cancellation terms must be agreed separately in writing before work begins. There is no purchase or checkout on this site. A project agreement governs that project according to its terms and applicable law.
Content and code rights
Rights in original site content belong to Nissim Zarur unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners. You may link to pages and quote to the extent permitted by law, with appropriate attribution. Copying, republication, or commercial reuse beyond what the law permits requires permission. Code in GitHub repositories or external resources is subject to its own license; linking to a repository grants no additional license.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, impersonate others, send malicious content, attempt unauthorized system access, or disrupt services. Only share information you are authorized to disclose. You can report technical problems or security concerns by email.
External links and privacy
External links are provided for convenience and information. Linked resources and services are operated by others and are subject to their own terms. Information handling is described in this site’s privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
Efforts are made to provide useful information, but uninterrupted availability and complete, accurate, up-to-date content are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from reliance on general content or interruption of availability. Israeli law applies to use of the website, subject to other mandatory rules applicable to the user. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. The Hebrew and English versions are intended to convey the same terms; contact me about discrepancies without prejudice to statutory rights. Updates will be published with a revised date and do not retroactively change an existing project agreement.
