Who is responsible
Nissim Zarur, Israel, operates nissimzarur.com, including its articles and service information pages. For personal-data enquiries, contact Nissimzarur@gmail.com or +972 52-323-2388. This policy also covers the same pages served through the site’s hosting address.
Information you choose to provide
Contact by email, phone, or WhatsApp may include your name, contact details, organization, correspondence, and project information you choose to share. Providing it is voluntary, not a legal requirement. Without sufficient details, I may be unable to respond, prepare a proposal, or address your request. Please do not include passwords, medical information, payment details, or other people’s confidential information in an initial enquiry.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand your needs, prepare proposals, and manage the professional relationship. If we work together, relevant information may also be used to deliver services, document our engagement, and meet legal obligations. Contacting me does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Processing customer data as part of a project will be addressed separately where needed.
Technical data, cookies, and fonts
The current site code contains no registration form, user accounts, checkout, advertising trackers, or analytics script installed by the site owner. This does not mean no technical data is processed: hosting, content delivery, and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, page URLs, request times, and error logs to operate and protect the site. The website is hosted through Sites; infrastructure processing is also subject to provider policies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests resources from Google servers, exposing connection data such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy. Browser controls can restrict cookies or external resources, which may affect display.
Providers and external services
Hosting, security, email, and communication providers may process information needed to operate the site or handle enquiries. WhatsApp, GitHub, and LinkedIn links take you to external services with their own terms and privacy policies. An email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you send it. These services may process data outside Israel. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address legal rights, subject to applicable law. Personal information is not sold as part of this website’s activities.
Retention and security
Retention of enquiries and correspondence depends on the need to address them, the resulting professional relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no single retention period for all information; provider policies may govern logs and backups under their control. You may contact me to ask about retention or request deletion. Absolute security of information transmitted online cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information about you and correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. You may also request that contact stop or correspondence be deleted; requests will be considered in light of applicable retention duties and rights. This policy may change when the website’s practices or applicable law change. The update date appears at the top. Any change requiring additional notice or consent will be handled under applicable law; publishing this policy does not replace legally required consent.
